‍Magnolia Manor, a not-for-profit, faith based senior living organization has been called home by thousands of South Georgians for the past five decades. Its nine campuses located throughout GA serve over 1,500 seniors, employs 1,300 staff members and has annual revenue of approximately $73 million. The organization provides various levels of care including independent living, assisted living,catered living, personal care, specialized memory care and skilled nursing.

Magnolia Manor is searching for a President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its community in meeting the needs of the next generation. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for providing executive leadership in carrying out the mission, vision, values, and objectives of the organization. The CEO will also be responsible for developing, analyzing, and implementing business strategies to ensure continued growth and financial success on all campuses.This executive leadership role requires exceptional business savvy and financial acumen, futuristic thinking, sound judgment, and a deep appreciation for the organization’s core values.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced senior executive within senior living/health and human services who embraces Magnolia Manor’s mission, vision and values,and is in alignment with Magnolia Manor’s faith-based orientation. A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business or a related field is required; MBA preferred. The candidate must have at least ten years of proven experience in a leadership role(s), preferably in a senior living organization with independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory support. Additional qualities desired include knowledge of current trends within senior living, particularly as it relates to the industry’s increasing focus on hospitality, prior role with governance responsibilities and previous experience participating in exploration of acquisition/affiliation opportunities.
