Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Regional Vice President of Operations (CCRC) position located in Charlotte, NC.

In this position, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful operation 5 continuing care retirement communities (CCRC) located in the mid-south region, including, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Alabama. This position requires you provide leadership and direction to executive directors of each community to ensure operational excellence and a culture of hospitality and that the the operations of the community are meeting resident, employee and fiscal goals and needs. You will collaborate with the executive team and corporate directors to achieve the organization’s goals; and participate in senior leadership meetings, providing input and guidance in company policies, decisions and direction. You will also provide leadership to the Regional staff including but not limited to: Resident Health Services, Human Resources, Real Estate and Home Health.

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
• A Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration preferred, Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration or related field required.
• Nursing Home Administrator License preferred.
• A minimum of ten years of experience in the health care or retirement industry with significant experience as an executive director.
• Multi-facility experience required, multi-state location experience preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations affecting the operation of skilled, assisted living and memory care.
• Ability to travel to multi states on a frequent basis.
• Demonstrates a positive, creative, innovative approach to leadership and problem solving
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion.
