Shift 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday, rotating weekends

Responsibilities and Duties

Essential Duties
• Dry wall touch up, apartment painting
• Site cleanup
• Lighting review for the community and bulb replacement
• Record water temp and state mandated temperature logs
• Minor plumbing repairs
• Utilizes power and hand tools safely and proficiently including personal protection equipment
• Respond to emergency calls
• Works independently
• Painting trim work, advanced drywall repair
• Wall construction
• Minor electronical tasks at the 120 volt level including outlet repair, dimmer switch repair, hanging electronical devices.
• Minor service on HVAC equipment including filter change and thermostat replacement
• Utilizes power and hand tools safely and proficiently including personal protection equipment
• Mentors and trains new hires

Qualifications and Skills
The qualified candidate for this opportunity will have a High School Diploma / GED and at least 2 (two) years of related experience.

Basic working knowledge of air-conditioning, generators, plumbing, electrical systems, and basic trouble shooting is desired. Must have experience in striving to exceed and meet co worker and customer needs at every level.

Benefits
401 K plan $1.00 for $1.00 up to 3% of your salary on day one, Medical, Dental and Vision after 60 days and Paid Time off after 90 days.

Salary: $12.82 to $15.38 /hour
