Full-time Life Enrichment Coordinator

Reports to: Director of Supportive Services

The Life Enrichment Coordinator is responsible for development, coordination and advertising of an engaging calendar of programs and events for the DCT resident community. These come from individual and collective initiatives and enhance the lives of DCT residents. Event logistics, volunteer coordination, personal communication and engagement are focus areas. This position collaborates with staff, residents, volunteers, visitors and family. An interest and appreciation of the adult aging process is required. This is a fulltime position which is part of the Supportive Services Team and reports to Director of Supportive Services.

Work Environment
This role works from the office located at the residential community. Flexible work schedule that may include evenings and occasionally weekends. Moderate amounts of physical activity, including stooping, bending, loading and lifting up to 25 pounds.
