Experience preferred.</p> <p>Responsibilities:<br /> Prepare all hot food items required on the menu for all meals; accurately prepares dishes according to recipes.<br /> Prepare food items as required by following the production sheets.<br /> Communicate daily regarding changes, problems special functions, etc.<br /> Record food temperatures each meal and serve at the acceptable level.<br /> Wash all large equipment used in the preparation.<br /> Keep work area clean and utilize all overproduced food items appropriately.<br /> Advanced knowledge of the principles of food preparation and garnish as well as the ability to use certain kitchen equipment.</p> <p>Must be willing to assist in the training of all kitchen employees, when needed. Must be willing to close down kitchen a few nights a week and check out all kitchen staff.<br /> Must possess accuracy in measuring food ingredients and portions. This is a full-time position located in the long-term care division of our Life Plan Community (<span class="caps">LPC</span>). </p> <p>Responsibilities<br /> The <span class="caps">LPN</span> charge nurse will provide care and treatment for our residents as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with state and federal government regulations while treating all matters with the highest level of confidentiality and respect.
