In coordination with the Community Administrator, this critical role oversees compliance of leasing guidelines assigned by the organization in coordination with HUD, local housing authorities and organizational requirements. The work includes participation in all activities of leasing, resident orientation, recertification and reporting activities.

Reports to: Community Administrator

Essential Functions

• Carry out all interactions with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Schedule and prioritize tasks in carrying out resident recertification to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of HUD, Section 8 and Fair Housing guidelines for admissions
• Knowledge of eligibility requirements including background, landlord, criminal and credit reviews
• Manage applications and all other forms related to admissions and leasing on assigned software platform
• Excellent discernment in responding to requests for information as to not compromise privacy of residents.
• Computer skills in operating basic programs including email and creation of work orders.
• Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
